Thank you for your interest in joining the Children's Health Fund's Yankees Home Run Club. Please fill out the information below so we can process your pledge. If you would like to sign up over the phone or have any questions, please call Patty Abrams at (212)452-3340.

For new members, The Children’s Health Fund will invoice club members at the All-Star break and at the end of the season. Invoices will reflect applicable home run totals. For renewal members, invoices will only be sent at the end of the season. Premiums commensurate to pledge level will be sent upon receipt of first contribution.
