20th Anniversary Gala

On May 30, 2007, The Children’s Health Fund (CHF) held its 20th Anniversary Gala in New York City. This extraordinary event was attended by over 1,300 guests.  The annual gala is The Fund’s premier fundraising event, and this year was the most successful ever -- raising more than $2.3 million.

CHF presented President Bill Clinton with the Humanitarian Award, Robert Essner, Chairman and CEO, Wyeth, with the first-ever Founders' Award, and Christian W.E. Haub, Chairman, The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, with the Corporate Award.  The gala also featured a performance by Marc Anthony and special appearance
by Jennifer Lopez.
